Why Not You Foundation and Bose Team Up To Surprise Graduating Seniors From Friends of The Children

Through persistence, hard work, and determination, 53 youth from five Friends of the Children chapters across the country graduated from both high school and the 12.5 year program at Friends of the Children. For 12.5 years, these youth were paired with a professional, salaried mentor, who helped them navigate through every step of their adolescence to break the cycle of generational poverty. Despite the many challenges these graduates faced, they have persevered to achieve this incredible milestone. It is their time to be celebrated!

In celebration of their accomplishments, the Why Not You Foundation, Russell Wilson and Bose teamed up and surprised the graduating seniors with either Bose SoundLink Micro Speakers or Bose QC35 II Headphones to prepare them for their future endeavors.

You can be the teacher who changes their student’s lives, the scientist who discovers new treatments or even the CEO of your own company. You can move mountains, change the future, and inspire greatness.

Now, Why Not You go out and make a difference. Your future is bright and we cannot wait to see all the remarkable things you do.

We believe in you.
