Meet Scott Engel

Introducing our 5th #FacesOfWhyNotYou spotlight, Scott Engel! 

Scott is a Queens, New York, local who has been a featured Fantasy Football analyst, inaugural member of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association’s Hall of Fame, and contributing writer on Seahawks.com since 2012. 

After many successful Fantasy Football seasons, Scott wanted to express his appreciation through charitable giving for all of the players that make Fantasy Football possible. To specifically thank Russell Wilson, the quarterback on many of his Fantasy championship teams, Scott amplified the mission of the Why Not You Foundation. Over time, he has not only donated to the Why Not You Foundation but also promoted it on platforms like Seahawks.com, his RotoBaller show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio, and even his social media accounts. 

Scott’s goal in donating to the Why Not You Foundation was to make any difference possible in the lives of youth, contributing to making the hopes and dreams of young people come true. He also wanted to show the way for other avid Fantasy Football fans to do the same.
