On any given day, more than 300 kids call Seattle Children’s home where they’re under the care of some of the world’s most dedicated, innovative and compassionate caregivers.

But, it’s not on any given day when the halls of the hospital come alive with dancing, laughing and singing. That’s exactly what happened this week when Ciara joined forces with musician Preston Pohl from The Voice and Amazon for a holiday-themed pop-up concert for patients and their families.

Last night, the Why Not You Foundation joined forces with the Seattle Symphony and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis for an inspirational one-night-only benefit concert at Benaroya Hall in support of greater equity and opportunities for youth, and access to the arts. This special evening was hosted by Russell Wilson, conducted by Seattle Symphony Associate Conductor Pablo Rus Broseta, and featured individual and collaborative performances by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Ciara, and the Seattle Symphony.
